Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a club, hotel, or resort setting.
• Proven experience in F&B management and staff supervision.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with property management or POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
