About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Cloud Security Architect to design and implement secure cloud solutions in Polokwane . This role will be instrumental in defining the security strategy for their cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring the protection of data and applications hosted in the cloud. You will work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams to embed security best practices throughout the cloud adoption lifecycle. This is a prime opportunity for a seasoned security professional to architect and build secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructures in Polokwane .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust cloud security architectures and solutions.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices for cloud environments.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity and access management (IAM), and data encryption.
• Knowledge of container security (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Relevant cloud security certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Azure Security Engineer).
