Job summary

Vodacoms Business division (Vodacom Campus, Midrand) seeks an experienced Product Operations professional to manage Microsoft CSP subscriptions, renewals and related billing. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, Service Operations and distributors to ensure accurate provisioning and revenue integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• Microsoft Certifications: AZ-900 and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are advantageous.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renewal requirements with Sales and Product teams to secure renewals and upsell.
• Develop and implement renewal programmes with distributors and partners.
• Manage CSP subscription orders and lifecycle events per Microsoft policy.
• Maintain accurate customer, tenant, subscription, price and renewal records.
• Translate Microsoft terms and renewal rules into clear guidance for Stakeholders.
• Validate quotations, SKUs, quantities, pricing and margins before submission.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of Microsoft invoices and distributor statements.
• Maintain Partner Center governance and audits.
• Track renewal dates, cancellation windows and customer approvals; issue alerts.
• Log and resolve provisioning, licensing, billing and escalations with Microsoft and partners.
