Job summary

Vodacom is seeking an experienced Product Operations professional to manage Microsoft CSP subscriptions, renewals and billing lifecycle. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance and Service Ops to protect revenue and improve operational efficiency.

The role requires deep knowledge of Partner Center, CSP terms, and licensing rules, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Based at Vodacom Campus, Midrand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, IS or related field.
• Microsoft CSP certifications and related training are a plus.
• 5–10 years’ experience in MS CSP operations, cloud licensing or billing.
• Hands‑on with Partner Center, Dynamics 365, Azure subscriptions.
• Experience with CRM/ERP/billing platforms and high‑volume data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renewal requirements with sales and product teams to ensure profitable growth.
• Develop renewal programmes with distributors and partners aligned to customer value.
• Manage CSP subscription orders and lifecycle events per policy and instructions.
• Maintain accurate customer, subscription, price, and renewal data across systems.
• Interpret MS terms and translate into guidance for sales, finance and service ops.
• Validate quotations, pricing, terms, and margins before submission.
• Monthly reconciliation of Microsoft invoices and distributor statements.
• Maintain Partner Center governance and admin records in line with controls.
• Prepare renewal dashboards and revenue‑assurance reports monthly.
• Identify control gaps and propose process or automation improvements.
