Job summary

Vodacom in Midrand is seeking a senior Technology Manager to lead the line of business strategy, driving revenue, profitability, and market leadership across segments. You will own the LOB strategy, manage P&L, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Microsoft cloud offerings, pricing, and go-to-market plans.

The role requires 8+ years in technology management with a strong track record in portfolio and solution management, and it will be based at Vodacom Campus in Midrand.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ Technology Management experience in ICT with demonstrated experience in managing a large-scale product organization.
• Portfolio and solution management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud, licensing, managed services and commercial operations.
• Strategic thinking with leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the line of business strategy and pricing.
• Define and communicate the LOB product strategy aligned to Vodacom Business goals.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform product innovation and growth.
• Collaborate across product categories to create new revenue streams and partnerships.
• Drive GTM strategy and revenue initiatives to achieve targeted margin and market share.
