Job summary

Old Mutual Finance (Pty) Ltd is seeking a customer service professional to provide a positive experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs, managing expectations and offering solutions, including directing customers to the correct channel.

You will handle product information, process orders, resolve issues, develop customer relationships, capture data in CRM, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 - Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product/service information.
• Record and process customer orders, selecting the most appropriate approach based on predefined options.
• Resolve basic and advanced customer issues, such as returns, exchanges, and complaints.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM after each contact to ensure quality data for retention and business development.
• Interview the customer to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Provide exceptional service to encourage continued use of products/services.
• Develop knowledge of policies and regulatory codes relevant to the work.
