Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 - Grade 12 or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product/service information to customers.
• Record and process customer orders, selecting the most appropriate approach.
• Resolve basic and advanced customer issues, including returns, exchanges, and complaints.
• Develop relationships with allocated potential customers via calls or in-person interactions.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact.
• Clarify customer requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Deliver exceptional service to encourage continued use of products/services.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes.
