Job summary

Ditto Hire is seeking a proactive Customer Success professional to own a portfolio of recruitment clients in South Africa. You will be their main contact, build strong relationships with consultants and directors, and ensure they are confident, supported, and achieving real results.

You will manage queries via ticketing, email and calls, diagnose issues, and work with product teams when needed. You will onboard new clients, run structured training sessions, and help teams use Ditto more

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer success, SaaS support, account management, or similar.
• Strong communicator. Clear. Confident. Professional.
• Organised and accountable; comfortable learning systems quickly.
