Responsibilities

• Information and Business Advice: provide specialist guidance on policies, resolving complex queries and routing contentious issues to specialists.
• Financial Advice: implement strategy for providing financial advice considering client demographics and needs.
• Pricing and Terms Negotiation: lead pricing and terms projects within approved boundaries.
• Customer Needs Clarification: set meeting objectives, tailor materials, and gather information to assess interest and information gaps.
