Zusammenfassung

Glacier by Sanlam is seeking a Client Services Consultant: Communication Centre on a fixed term contract based in Cape Town. You will independently manage high‑impact service and complaint cases, acting as the primary contact for escalated client needs and helping improve processes and customer journeys.

Responsibilities include handling client contact by phone, email and walk‑in, providing investment information, responding to queries, and supporting Ombudsman investigations as required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of sound experience with straightforward procedures or systems.
• Matric / Grade 12 including Pure Mathematics.
• A relevant financial degree / qualification.
• 1 year experience in finance or investment industry advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills in English – Written and Verbal.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-level client service and handle escalations.
• Respond to investment administration queries and provide product information.
• Coordinate CRM data and follow up actions to aid retention.
• Maintain relationships with clients, IFAs and investors.
• Participate in ad-hoc client services projects.
