Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) NQF Level 5 would be advantageous.
2 years' experience within Insurance.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve basic client, employer, broker, and member queries.
Track and follow up on outstanding actions with administrators, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
Draft professional emails, client communications, and meeting notes.
Support the preparation of client reviews, reports, presentations, and governance packs.
Assist with member communication and education initiatives.
Facilitate member onboarding onto digital platforms and applications.
Attend client meetings and presentations as part of ongoing development.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Escalate risks, trends, and service concerns to the Relationship Manager.
Support ad hoc projects and service improvement initiatives.
