Job summary

WesBank in Cape Town is hiring a Service and Sales Advisor on a fixed term contract to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone and email, delivering exceptional service while identifying sales opportunities.

You will join a high‑volume call center within FirstRand, receive comprehensive training, work within governance standards, and build stakeholder relationships while aiming to meet service level targets.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) as minimum.
• No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.
• 1–3 years in Client Services is advantageous but not essential.
• Relevant NQF Level 5 qualification or Diploma would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email.
• Deliver exceptional service while identifying sales opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, governance, and compliance standards.
• Maintain and build stakeholder relationships to support service delivery.
• Respond to and resolve customer queries to achieve satisfaction.
