Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retention, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Professional telephone manner and confidence speaking with clients.
• CRM experience is advantageous.
• Financial services, trading, or investment industry experience is a plus but not essential.
