Job summary

Qualifications

• NQF Level 3 & NQF Level 2 – Below school leaving as stated in the ad.
• Experience with customer service roles or call-center environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product/service information to customers.
• Record and process customer orders, selecting the most appropriate approach based on predefined options.
• Resolve basic and advanced customer issues such as returns, exchanges, and complaints; escalate when needed.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; act as first point of contact for queries and complaints.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM after each contact to ensure quality data for retention and development activities.
