Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product/service information.
• Record and process customer orders, selecting appropriate options.
• Respond to customer issues including returns, exchanges, and complaints.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM after each contact to enable effective retention.
• Develop customer relationships and prospect new clients.
• Provide renewals and ensure continued use of products/services.
