Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, escalating complex matters.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and note follow-up actions from sales calls.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
• Follow procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks per procedures.
• Identify potential customers from referrals to create sales opportunities.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard formats from provided information.
