Qualifications

• NQF Level 5 - Higher, Advance or Occupational Certificate or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service, sales and relationship development is advantageous.
• Strong communication and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure basic customer details in the CRM are accurate and note follow-up actions.
• Interview the customer following a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and provide a first contact for queries and complaints.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks following established procedures.
• Identify potential customers by obtaining information and referrals from existing customers.
