Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants in Stellenbosch is seeking a senior designer to refine the company’s visual identity, design branding collateral, and craft professional Word and PowerPoint templates. The role covers exhibition stand design, large-format graphics, packaging, and print-ready artwork, ensuring brand consistency across materials.

You will collaborate with marketing, brand management and engineering teams to translate technical information into clear visuals, and you will manage

Qualifications

• National Diploma or BA in Art/Design with a strong portfolio.
• 5+ years' design experience or 10+ years self-taught with portfolio.
• Experience designing corporate Word and PowerPoint templates.
• Experience in exhibition stand design and large-format printing.
• Proficiency in print specifications, packaging and production.

Responsibilities

• Refine and maintain the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Design brochures, product guides, datasheets and corporate collateral.
• Create Word and PowerPoint templates.
• Design exhibition stands, trade show branding, large-format graphics, packaging.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and manage prepress and supplier handovers.
• Develop advertising layouts and digital content templates.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand management and engineering teams.
• Manage design projects from concept to final artwork and ensure deadlines.
