Job summary

Decision Inc. is seeking a Client Partner with a passion for client relations to join our Commercial Team. Key duties include partnering with clients during their Digital Transformation to achieve outcomes, managing client portfolios, and driving expansion through new opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, 5+ years in a commercial target-driven role, consulting experience, and strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree e.g. B.Com Business Management or Information Systems.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial, target driven role.
• Experience within consulting service environment.
• Knowledge of service offerings such as BI, EPM, Business Productivity Solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain relationships with team and clients.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Understanding of how to enhance business outcomes with technology.

What Will You Do?

• Knowledge of and experience in one of our service offerings, such as Business Intelligence, Enterprise Performance Management, Business Productivity Solutions etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders in a language they understand, and business requirements to technical people.
• Ability to successfully manage and maintain strong relationships with a team and clients.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
