Job summary

Smollan is seeking an energetic Client Liaison Graduate to learn, build relationships and drive execution in-store and online within the FMCG and retail world.

You will support client projects, coordinate day-to-day communications, assist with promotions, and contribute to reporting while working with Operations, Marketing and Supply teams.

This role offers real responsibility, exposure to clients, and a launchpad into Client Management, Sales or Operations.

Qualifications

• NQF 6/7 qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 0-3 years’ experience (internships included).
• Retail experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and admin skills.
• Ability to analyse, organise, research, and solve problems.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow processes.
• Computer literacy.
