You will manage ledgers, reconcile accounts, and perform monthly reviews. Strong communication is essential to explain financial information clearly across chat, email, and phone.

Qualifications include QuickBooks Online certification, 3+ years in bookkeeping, and excellent English. Johannesburg residents must be available during North American hours.

Qualifications

• QuickBooks Online Certification is required (active).
• 3+ years of bookkeeping, auditing, or tax experience.
• 1+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably with U.S. clients.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Clear ability to explain financial information empathetically.

Responsibilities

• Accurately categorize transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews for client books.
• Serve as main client contact via chat, email, and phone.
• Explain financial data clearly and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams using Salesforce and Slack.
