Job summary

Prescient Fund Services seeks a Business Development Product Specialist to support client onboarding, relationship management and BD activities. You will act as the liaison between operations and clients, align requirements, and help present value-added service opportunities.

With at least four years in fund services and strong fund accounting expertise, you will collaborate with internal teams and engage clients to promote growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong fund accounting and investment operations knowledge.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience in fund services.
• Experience engaging with clients and managing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Business Development Product Team and support client interactions.
• Act as conduit between operations and clients, aligning requirements and services.
• Assist with pitches, proposals, and identifying value-added services.
• Ensure smooth handover to Implementation/CRM teams and maintain client handover checklists.
• Engage with operations weekly using Salesforce and email protocols.
