Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure basic customer details in the system are accurate and note follow-ups.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks and follow established procedures.
• Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations.
• Select data from information provided by others and input that data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Demonstrate understanding of networking value by engaging across internal and external networks.
