Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Cleaning Services Quality Controller to uphold the highest cleanliness standards across Sandton and surrounding areas. You will inspect completed tasks, document findings, and liaise with site managers to ensure client specifications are met.

You will coach and guide cleaning staff on procedures, safety protocols, and best practices, while maintaining thorough inspection records and contributing to service excellence in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality control, inspection, or a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
• Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Excellent observational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and clients.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize inspection tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for site visits across Sandton.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned areas to verify adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
• Document inspection findings, reporting any deficiencies or areas needing re-cleaning or improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to cleaning staff to enhance performance and skill development.
