Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Cleaner to take charge of cleaning operations for its commercial properties in Benoni. You will manage a team of cleaning staff, ensure high-quality service delivery, and uphold impeccable cleanliness standards across multiple sites.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols, and the ability to allocate work, perform quality checks, and maintain supplies while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Lead Cleaner or Cleaning Supervisor.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and feedback.
