Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a middle management role.

Responsibilities

• Best allocate the resources of the contract to achieve maximum cleaning output and adhere to SLA requirements.
• Maintain consistently high service standards for all scope services with regular site visits and inspections.
• Open new units per policy; implement Tsebo standards within three months.
• Ensure unit closures are handled with staff, equipment, billing and costs completed in the closing month.
• Retain contracts by delivering excellent service and building client relationships with key contacts.
• Perform monthly asset spot checks; ensure equipment is in good condition and serviced.
• Hold regular formal client meetings to ensure needs and expectations are met.
• Respond to client and management requests promptly with required actions.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals for management staff and identify training needs.
• Ensure all OHS act requirements are followed on site in line with policies and legislation.
