Job summary

Tsebo Solutions Group in Durban is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning staff, coordinate daily activities, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements include 2–3 years in a cleaning environment with at least 1 year in supervision; basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment; strong communication and team coordination skills; Health and Safety training is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric required.
• 2–3 years’ cleaning experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and activities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain cleaning schedules, records, and incident reports.

• Respond to client queries and escalation issues when necessary.
