Job summary

Tsebo Solutions Group in Richards Bay seeks an on-site Contracts Manager to oversee staff management, training, hygiene, appearance and safe chemical handling. You will ensure cleaning programmes run smoothly and follow SOPs in client audits.

The role requires at least 3 years in operational contracts management in cleaning, managing teams over 140, and strong health and safety and SLA knowledge. You will report safety concerns to the site manager as they arise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years operational contracts management experience in the cleaning.
• Must have previously managed staff compliment over 140
• Must have experience in health and safety standards and management
• Ability to interpret, implement and manage SLA requirements in an outcome based environment
• Strong communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders
