Job summary

FNB is seeking a Claims Assessor in Randburg to assess, investigate and validate complex long-term insurance claims. Responsibilities include handling funeral, death, disability, dread disease and retrenchment claims with sound judgment and risk mitigation while maintaining superb customer experience.

You will manage claims from registration to finalization, work in a team to meet service standards, and focus on timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential.
• NQF Level 5 Certificate would be advantageous.
• 2–3 years of experience in claims call center environment, ideally in Motor Claims.

Responsibilities

• Administrate Short Term Motor Claims and manage the claim from registration to finalization.
• Be customer centric and manage turnaround times.
• Handle customer and supplier complaints and pay attention to details.
