Job summary

Placements24 seeks enthusiastic individuals to join our client’s East London team as Claims Adjuster Trainees. This entry-level role offers a comprehensive training program to learn how to investigate, evaluate, and negotiate insurance claims, with hands-on exposure to assessing damages and determining liability.

You will gain field experience during property inspections and learn to prepare claim reports and settlement offers under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong interest in the insurance industry and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior adjusters in investigating insurance claims and gathering documentation.
• Learn to assess property damage or personal injury to determine liability.
• Participate in field visits to inspect damaged properties or accident scenes.
• Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and other parties involved in a claim.
• Prepare detailed claim reports and settlement offers under supervision.
• Complete training modules and develop technical skills.
