Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in transportation planning and design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, VISSIM, SIDRA INTERSECTION.
• Strong knowledge of traffic engineering principles, geometric design, and safety standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
