Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering with Transportation specialization.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in transportation infrastructure design and planning.
• Proficiency in transportation planning software SATURN, VISSIM and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of road design, traffic engineering and pavement management.
• Experience with project management and contract administration is beneficial.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for a team-based, hybrid environment.

• Conduct traffic studies, demand forecasting, and traffic impact assessments.
