You will ensure work aligns with drawings, specs and schedules while enforcing HSE standards and coordinating with contractors and consultants on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years' site supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of coastal or marine construction

Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and diligent Civil Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction activities for key projects in Mossel Bay, Western Cape . This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring the successful execution of civil works, including infrastructure development and potentially marine-related construction due to the coastal location. You will be responsible for supervising site operations, quality control, safety adherence, and coordination with contractors and various project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and site management principles. This position requires being on-site daily, interacting directly with the construction team and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
