Placements24 is seeking a diligent Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities in the Mossel Bay area. You will translate designs into on-site reality, ensure adherence to specs, timelines, and safety standards, and serve as the main contact for contractors and site personnel.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 4 years of supervision experience, with strong reading of drawings and knowledge of SA codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in civil engineering construction supervision and site management.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of South African construction standards, building codes, and OH&S regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all on-site civil engineering construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved designs and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations and environmental protocols.
