Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in construction management software.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure projects comply with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering professionals to develop project plans and designs.
• Perform site evaluations and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control.
• Review and analyze engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports to project stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Ensure the health and safety of all workers on construction sites.
