Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Civil Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of civil engineering projects in a hybrid work environment that combines remote flexibility with on-site collaboration and site visits.

You will manage the full lifecycle from planning and client liaison through execution, budget control and final delivery, leading cross-functional teams with strong organizational and technical acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; adaptable to hybrid work.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil engineering projects from planning to close-out.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and clients for project success.
• Oversee execution, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
