Job summary

RPO Recruitment’s client in Pretoria, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead civil works and earthworks on site. The role requires a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a valid driver’s license and own transport.

Based in Gauteng, you will oversee road and bulk earthworks, drive safe, compliant field practices and coordinate with teams to deliver on schedule. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong site supervision skills on civil earthworks and roadworks.
• Experience with bulk earthworks projects and construction methods.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate subcontractors while maintaining safety and quality.

• Supervise civil works on site in accordance with project plans and specs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate activities with engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
