Qualifications

• Proven experience in site grading, drainage design, utility coordination, and road design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling software.
• Strong understanding of South African building codes, zoning regulations, and municipal requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A valid driver\'s license and willingness to conduct site visits in and around Gauteng.
• Commitment to sustainable development practices.
