Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning is required.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA is required or in process.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with urban planning focus.
• Experience leading complex developments from inception to completion.
• Knowledge of land development processes, zoning and municipal approvals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA.

• In-depth knowledge of land development processes, zoning, and municipal approvals in South Africa.
