Placements24 is seeking a proactive Childminding Coordinator to manage its network of childminders in Kimberley. This hybrid role combines office and remote duties, with responsibilities including recruiting, vetting, and training childminders while ensuring compliance and high-quality care for families.

The ideal candidate has a background in childcare or administration, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to promoting quality home-based childcare.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard new childminders, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Conduct regular training sessions for childminders on best practices, safety, and curriculum.
• Monitor the quality of care provided by childminders through feedback and occasional site visits.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for childminders, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Facilitate communication between families and childminders, assisting with placements and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of childminders, families, and compliance documentation.
