Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Childminder Coordinator to oversee a network of childcare providers in the George region. The role ensures quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across affiliated childminders, acting as liaison between providers, parents, and regulators.

You will recruit, train, and support childminders, conduct site visits, and maintain accurate records while developing policies to improve service delivery.

Formación

• Must hold a qualification in Early Childhood Development, Social Work, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise/co-ordinate childcare networks.
• Sound knowledge of SA childcare regulations, licensing and best practices.
