Placements24 is seeking a proactive Childcare Program Coordinator for our Welkom center. You will oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure high standards of care and safety while supporting children from early years to school readiness.

You will develop engaging curricula, manage parent communications, and ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations, contributing to a nurturing, organized environment for young learners in the Free State.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Early Childhood Development or related field.
• Experience supervising childcare staff.
• Strong knowledge of child development and pedagogy.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise childcare staff, including scheduling and performance management.
• Develop and evaluate age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health and safety.
• Manage parent communications and feedback.
• Oversee daily center operations and budgeting.
