Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in international development, human rights, psychology, sociology, international law or related social science.
• Eight+ years of professional experience in social development planning and management in child protection and child rights at international level.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial leadership for child protection programmes and projects.
• Oversee strategic planning, formulation and delivery of results.
• Lead advisory services and technical support to partners.
• Build partnerships, advocate for child rights, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Drive innovation, knowledge management and capacity building.
• Ensure RBM, performance standards and accountability in all activities.
