Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or related field (NQF Level 4 or 5).
• Proven experience with children/adolescents in residential care.
• Strong understanding of child development and trauma-informed care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy and resilience.
• First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, supervision and support to children and youth in a residential setting.

Requirements
