Job summary

EdUpStairs is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead security operations in Gauteng. Requirements include an NQF level 4 certificate and a PSIRA Grade A certificate, with a National Diploma in Security Management as an advantage, plus a valid firearms competency and three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement security policies in line with acts and directives.
• Monitor threats and conduct risk analysis; ensure firearm regulations.
• Manage deployment and operations of security staff.
• Implement emergency contingency plans and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and safeguard assets.
• Investigate security incidents and liaise with SAPS/NIA and agencies.
• Supervise HR, assess staff performance and manage security contracts.
