Job summary

Tafadzwa is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead the Member Service & Experience division, driving strategy across marketing, communications, member services, wellness, and stakeholder relations. The role requires deep experience in strategic marketing leadership within the SA healthcare and medical scheme landscape.

The candidate will develop and implement an integrated MSE strategy, manage budgets and SLAs, and oversee a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional member experiences

Qualifications

• Honours/Postgraduate Qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Strong understanding of SA healthcare and medical scheme industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive MSE operational plan aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead and manage the MSE division including marketing, communications, member services, wellness services and stakeholder relations.
• Provide strategic leadership in budgeting, SLAs, and risk management while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the execution of communications across internal and external channels and maintain Brand consistency.
