Be Different SA (Pty) Ltd in Parktown is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function, driving B2B lead generation and building strategic campaigns across digital, CRM and PR channels.

You will collaborate with sales and operations, optimize funnels for ROI, and manage brand positioning in healthcare and regulated sectors to grow pipelines and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in marketing, preferably B2B, healthcare, occupational health, corporate wellness, medical services, or regulated industries
• Strong commercial marketing experience with lead generation, funnel optimisation, conversion, and ROI
• Experience across digital, brand, CRM, PR, stakeholder engagement and campaign management
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills
• Commercially minded, strategic and highly execution-focused

In order to be considered the following is required:
