Rewardsco seeks an experienced IT infrastructure leader to strengthen resilience, optimise hybrid environments, and ensure 24/7 operations. You will oversee on-prem, co-location and cloud platforms, lead security and ITIL-aligned practices, and manage budgets and vendor contracts.

You will mentor high-performing teams, drive continuity planning and deliver measurable infrastructure improvements while engaging with executive stakeholders.

Competenze

• 8–12+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 3–5 years leading technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant certifications (ITIL 4, CCNP/Azure/AWS/VMware).
• Experience in hybrid environments, co-location, and public cloud platforms; budgeting and SLAs.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute an IT infrastructure strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Lead infrastructure, network, systems, cloud, database and information security teams for service delivery.
• Ensure availability, performance, capacity, and reliability for 24/7 operations.
• Oversee hybrid environments spanning on-prem, co-location, and public cloud.
• Drive network reliability across LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and voice systems.
• Enhance virtualization, storage, backup and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Own infrastructure security, access controls, patch management, monitoring, and POPIA/ISO27001/SOC2 readiness.
• Establish ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, contracts and SLAs for cost-effective delivery.
• Lead business continuity and DR planning, testing and remediation.
• Identify risks and opportunities, translating into prioritised initiatives.
• Communicate performance and risk to executives and clients; support due diligence for bids and RFPs.
• Build and develop high-performing technical teams through recruitment and coaching.
