This position requires extensive experience in compliance, regulatory, and risk roles within the fintech sector. Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in compliance or risk roles in relevant fields.
• Hands-on experience with AML, CFT, sanctions, transaction monitoring.
• Ability to operate in high-growth environments with sound judgment.

• Maintain understanding of regulatory frameworks for payments and compliance.
• Lead regulator engagement and licensing across jurisdictions.
• Oversee compliance framework covering payments, AML, CFT, and data protection.
