Network Recruitment is seeking a seasoned leader to establish and head a centralized Collections Operations Centre within a large-scale financial services environment. Build a high-performing operation focused on customer engagement, collections effectiveness, and sustainable outcomes.

The role requires strategic, commercially minded leadership with deep experience in collections operations, contact centre management, workforce optimisation, and transformation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience within collections, recoveries, credit management, or contact centre operations.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Senior Management, Head of Department, or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong background in financial services, credit, lending, banking, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a centralised Collections Operations Centre.
• Build scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and performance standards.
• Drive collections performance through effective people, process, and technology strategies.
• Lead large-scale collections operations with accountability for recoveries, collections rates, service levels, and right-party contact rates.
• Develop and mentor high-performing management teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, customer centricity, and continuous improvement.
